SiS improves student communication with MinSiS in collaboration with Miles

The Student Welfare Organization in Stavanger (SiS) has launched MinSiS, a platform combining an app and a website to make communication with students simpler and more effective.

In collaboration with Miles, MinSiS was developed using modern technologies like React and Next.js. MinSiS came to fruition through a collaboration between Miles, Grensesnitt, Okse, and SiS, where Grensesnitt handled the technical groundwork, Okse contributed design, user testing, and research, and Miles contributed to the development of the mobile app, website, and integration with SiS Sports Centre.

"Before MinSiS, students lacked an overview of our services. We needed a solution that could consolidate everything in a simple way."
says Arve Kristiansen, Head of Digitalization at SiS.
"Miles played a crucial role in the project's success, and feedback from students has been very positive," Kristiansen concludes.
